	2006 Chardonnay 100% Chardonnay ~ Subtle notes of toasted oak and soft vanilla with citrus fruit and mineral character. The combination of fruit and oak give this chardonnay a creamy aroma. Bright mouthfeel with nice fruit and well balanced oak. Flavors that revolve primarily around citrus fruit, green apple and mineral. 	2007 Chenin Blanc Grapefruit and lemon curd aroma with touches of floral components. Look for beautiful hyacinth as wine warms and aromas are released. 	2002 Merlot Deep, garnet. Nicely layered aromas of cedar, crushed blackberries and subtle vanilla. Also, look for hints of lavender and marjoram as wine opens. Bright and upfront fruit flavors of black cherry and pomegranate fruit. Medium tannin feel throughout with a clean acidity. Flavors develop nicely as wine is allowed to open and will pair nicely with a wide range of food from red meats to pork.

	2006 Malbec Crusty berry pie aromas, crème brulee, and roasted/toasted nuts. Also, look for that signature Cachagua Valley aroma -- mineral. Think Tor house, surrounded by wet, aromatic rock -- with massive berry. A round, silky entry leads to a fruity medium-full body of ripe blackberry, black cherry, boysenberry, and spice flavors with a long, lingering and crisp red apple, nut, and cedar fade. 	2006 Petit Verdot Deep, saturated ruby-garnet hue. Baked cherries and berries, chocolate covered tangerine, cocoa and spice and sweet oak aromas. Also, look for subtle touches of violets. A rich, velvety entry leads to a fruity full body of lush ripe boysenberry and black plum fruit. A generous mid-palate with polished tannins, nicely integrated oak and lively acidity. Finishes with a long, elegant and fruity fade with hints of cedar.

	2003 Cabernet Franc Dried cherry, black currant with notes of coriander/black pepper and sweet oak/vanilla. Also, some notes of fresh tobacco. Medium-full body with layers of ripe, black fruit, youthful tannins and nicely integrated oak with pleasant herbal tea notes. This is a big, forceful Cabernet Franc with an excellent structure for aging because of the firm tannins and lively acidity.

	2003 "Celebration" Meritage Luscious vanilla, sweet oak, black currant, molasses/brown sugar/maple aromas. Complex and layered, one may have difficulty removing nose from glass! Medium-full to full bodied with excellent concentration, this offers ripe black cherry, plum and cassis fruit with a beautifully definedmid-palate and a well structured finish with youthful tannins, nicely integrated, stylish oak, lively acidity and a wonderful fruit persistence. This wine will drink well for a decade and more.

	2002 Merlot Reserve Medium-full to full-bodied, this has an explosion of black cherry fruit, a generous mid-palate and a beautifully structured finish with youthful tannins, ample, but nicely integrated oak and lively acidity. This wine is beautiful now and can be cellared, if desired, for five to ten years.

	2005 "Toby's Vintage" Merlot Port Aged brick with a deep burnished copper color. Concentrated raisin and fig aroma with tobacco leaf. Subtle notes of honey, vanilla, sweet oak and bourbon barrel aromas. Supple, seamless and full-bodied with cassis, blackberry, honey and caramel flavors. Rich caramelized nuts follow through to a silky, fruit medium-to-full body of honeyed raisin and roasted nut flavors with a distinct sherry note. Finish is crisp and lengthy with an enduring fade.
